Chris was recommended by a friend to manage our property when we decided to rent it out and move overseas. He was professional, responsive and made it really easy for us. He would keep us informed with monthly statements, and sent detailed inspection reports. After two years we decided to sell, he helped us by working with our real estate agent and also arranging pre-sale maintaince work on our behalf. He alleviated a lot of the stress from selling remotely. A great experience.

As a couple who had not rented for 20+ years we needed a rental while we rebuilt an earthquake damaged house. Chris was fantastic, easy to deal with, honest, approachable, great communication and fast responses to any queries.If we had a property to rent out we would only use Chris as he is so professional. Emailed asking to view a place they had on trade me. Emailed once a day for 7 days. They never bothered to reply at all. The listing was up for over a month after I asked to viewSorry can't reply to your comment. Yes it was a few months ago an when I first started looking I.could not access my trade me account so I was on a family members account. For a bout a month. Sorry I was not trying to be rude but from a person looking for a house it's frustrating when u try to book a viewing an can't make contact to book a viewing or viewed an applyed then never hearing back.

Chris has been really helpful with getting our rental Healthy homes compliant by engaging with tradespeople, and that too at a reasonable cost. He's an expert in his field and very knowledgeable about regulation. He has helped us multiple times with sorting out issues himself that tenants had, and getting tradespeople in only if required. He's got a good network of right tradespeople that he engages with to get the job done at a reasonable cost. He also gave us suggestions about the improvements that we can/should do, to make the rental appealing for the prospective tenants and also getting the best/responsible tenants. He also shared with us photographed inspection reports at the end of quarter which showed that the property is in immaculate condition. We highly recommend Chris to anyone looking for property management to take good care of their rental.
