Chris was recommended by a friend to manage our property when we decided to rent it out and move overseas. He was professional, responsive and made it really easy for us. He would keep us informed with monthly statements, and sent detailed inspection reports. After two years we decided to sell, he helped us by working with our real estate agent and also arranging pre-sale maintaince work on our behalf. He alleviated a lot of the stress from selling remotely. A great experience.

As a couple who had not rented for 20+ years we needed a rental while we rebuilt an earthquake damaged house. Chris is personable, friendly, relaxed, efficient and an excellent communicator. He has decades of property management experience and his business is award-winning. From a landlord perspective, I like the fact that he meets and vets tenants personally rather than assigning this important process to someone else. Any maintenance and other issues have always been dealt with promptly and effectively. He is a "hands-on" property manager, keeping his business at a manageable size and bringing his experience, networking and knowledge to the benefit of landlords and tenants alike. Chris is the most efficient property manager I know. His communication is excellent, any time theres been an issue he has sorted tradespeople quick smart. The trades people used are very polite and clean too! I would have no issue reccomending Priority Property to anyone on the hunt for a property manager.

Chris is amazing at his job. I have never seen someone who cares as much a Chris when it comes to his landlords and tenants. The standard he upholds is quite impressive. Chris has been really helpful with getting our rental Healthy homes compliant by engaging with tradespeople, and that too at a reasonable cost. He's an expert in his field and very knowledgeable about regulation. He has helped us multiple times with sorting out issues himself that tenants had, and getting tradespeople in only if required. He's got a good network of right tradespeople that he engages with to get the job done at a reasonable cost. He also gave us suggestions about the improvements that we can/should do, to make the rental appealing for the prospective tenants and also getting the best/responsible tenants. He also shared with us photographed inspection reports at the end of quarter which showed that the property is in immaculate condition. We highly recommend Chris to anyone looking for property management to take good care of their rental.
